Historical Inspiration

In my research, I found a project with a similar method and reason for documentation in "Question Bridge: Black Males" by Hank Willis Thomas and Chris Johnson. Over 150 black males of various educational, economic and generational backgrounds were interviewed. The goal of the project was to showcase diversity of thought, character and identity that isn't typically seen in American media. Through this dialogue, Hank and Chris sought to redefine Black male identity in America.
